To get in, I just sent in my transcripts, got three letters of recommendation, filled out the application, and paid the application fee... It was a bit of nightmare getting my residency paperwork sorted out (maybe that's what the letters were for? I don't recall), but to be honest, that's just a part of dealing with their offices. It's not pleasant. But once everything's sorted it, you don't really have to deal with it again.
